Positions Open in Orange County:

Client Care Specialist Assistant: Veterinary Cancer Group of Orange County is looking for the right person to join our team to assist our client care staff with clerical responsibilities and customer service on a part-time basis, with the possibility of full-time hours in the future.

The Client Care Specialist team provides the first impression of the hospital to our clients and patients. A Client Care Specialist Assistant must be friendly, professional, courteous and capable of handling many tasks at once with regular interruptions.

Positions Open in Los Angeles:

Client Care Specialist: Veterinary Cancer Group of Los Angeles, located in the 30,000 square foot City of Angels Veterinary Specialty Center, is seeking to fill one full-time, permanent position at our front desk.

The Client Care Specialist team provides the first impression of the hospital to our clients and patients. Client Care Specialists must be friendly, professional, courteous and capable of handling many tasks at once with regular interruptions.  All applicants must be team players and be truly willing to go the 'extra mile' to care for our clients and patients in their time of need. Veterinary experience a huge plus; customer service experience is required.
